Whenever you are carrying out this manoeuvre it is important to keep the car moving SLOWLY.

This is achieved by good clutch control.

Remember!  It is easier to be accurate during your manoeuvres when you have the car moving slowly, as this allows you more time to position the car, and to make any necessary adjustments.
